How to Become A Member
APAHC applications for membership are run through our parent organization, Division 12. You do not need to be a member of Division 12 or even of the American Psychological Association to join APAHC. We do encourage you to take a look at Division 12 as there is much they offer. When you get to the Division 12 site, complete: AMOUNT (60.00 or 15.00 for students), demograhics, go to Section 8 and indicate 60 or 15 in the drop down menu, SKIP USERNAME AND PASSWORD, and complete credit card information. Click Submit. GO TO: >>Division12<<
The annual membership (2013) fee of $60 includes a subscription to the Journal of Clinical Psychology in Medical Settings (online). Apply and pay for membership online as indicated above, or print and mail our membership form along with a check to:

Who Can Belong?
Any psychologist, psychology predoctoral or postdoctoral trainee having an interest in issues relevant to academic health centers.
APAHC is Section VIII of Division 12 (Society of Clinical Psychology) in the American Psychological Association. Membership in APA or Division 12 is not required to join. APAHC is unique in its focus on inspiring and helping psychologists like you innovate, originate and expand professional opportunities within medical schools, teaching hospitals and academic health centers. Any psychologist, psychology predoctoral or postdoctoral trainee having an interest in issues relevant to academic health centers is welcome.
APAHC is the guild group seeking to promote the equal and collegial role of psychologists with other healthcare professionals. Your participation in APAHC would provide you access to our members – and allow our members to benefit from your contributions. You can learn more at our website:
